Love Yourself First Health and Wellness Inc. (“LYF x ALLI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the LYF x ALLI app and related programs and services (the “App” or “Services”). The LYF x ALLI App is developed and maintained by FitBudd Inc., including its subsidiaries (“FitBudd”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using the LYF x ALLI App and Services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used and shared, and the choices available to you regarding your information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures to protect your information. However, no internet-based service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using the LYF x ALLI App or Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account or participate in a LYF x ALLI program, we may collect information including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, height, weight, and other account information.
• Health, fitness, lifestyle, activity, food preference, injury, physical limitation, and goal-related information you choose to provide.
• Progress information, including measurements and other information used to track your fitness journey.
• Before-and-after or progress photos that you voluntarily choose to upload.
• Information provided through questionnaires, forms, messages, or other communications with LYF x ALLI.
• Payment and transaction information necessary to process purchases and applicable fees.
• Information about how you access and use the App, including device, browser, usage, and referral information.
• Location-related information you voluntarily provide, such as your city, province/state, postal code, or address.

Certain information may be required for us to provide personalized Services to you. Other information, including progress photos, may be optional.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

• Create and manage your LYF x ALLI account.
• Provide and personalize your programs and Services.
• Create personalized LYF Daily Menus™, workout schedules, cardio plans, and daily walking targets where applicable.
• Understand your goals, preferences, schedule, activity level, injuries, or physical limitations.
• Track your progress when you choose to provide progress information.
• Process payments and transactions.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, purchases, programs, Services, or support requests.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the LYF x ALLI App and Services.
• Detect or prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Your progress photos are intended to help you and, where applicable, Alli assess and track your progress. They will not be shared publicly by LYF x ALLI without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Payment Information

Payment information may be collected and processed through the LYF x ALLI App and/or third-party payment providers. We may collect or have access to information necessary to process purchases, recurring charges, or other applicable fees as described in our Terms & Conditions. Payment information is handled in accordance with the security practices of the applicable payment processor and platform provider.

5. How Your Information May Be Shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent. Your information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the LYF x ALLI App and Services, including FitBudd and providers involved in areas such as payment processing, technology, hosting, communications, analytics, or customer support. These providers may access your information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, court order, government authority, law enforcement request, or other legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or Services.

6. Photos & Progress Information

Uploading before-and-after photos or progress photos is optional unless otherwise clearly stated.

Photos provided through the LYF x ALLI App may be used privately to assess and track your fitness progress. LYF x ALLI will not use your photos for social media, advertising, promotional materials, testimonials, or other public purposes without your permission.

7. Privacy & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. FitBudd and other service providers may use their own technical and security measures to protect information processed through their systems. Despite these measures, no electronic storage system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Email & Communications

We may contact you by email or other contact information you provide regarding your account, purchases, programs, Services, updates, or support requests. Where required, you may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication or by contacting: xallisoncullen@gmail.com. You may still receive communications that are necessary to administer your account, purchases, or Services.

9. Acceptable Use & Security

You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, probe, scan, test, or gain unauthorized access to the LYF x ALLI App, its systems, accounts, networks, or security measures. You may not use the App to distribute viruses, spam, malicious software, or other content intended to interfere with the App or another user's access. Suspected security violations may result in account suspension or termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

10. Access, Correction & Deletion

You may contact us if you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.

You may also request account or data deletion through the data deletion functionality available within the LYF x ALLI App or through the applicable FitBudd data deletion page. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain necessary business records, or enforce our agreements. Anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be associated with you may also be retained for analytics or operational purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

The LYF x ALLI App and Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party platforms and service providers. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and practices. LYF x ALLI is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that operate independently from us.

12. International Data Processing

FitBudd and other service providers may store or process information outside Canada.

As a result, your information may be subject to the laws of the country in which it is stored or processed and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or government authorities in accordance with applicable law. We will continue to handle personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, practices, technology, or legal requirements. The current version will be made available through the LYF x ALLI App or associated website.
